Kyle Marshall is a rising trainer and driver whose stables are based at Cambridge, New Zealand.
The stables are close to the Cambridge Raceway, the centre of harness racing in the Waikato.
At a glance
Cambridge-born and educated, Kyle Marshall has been driving since January 2011 when he gained his junior driving licence.
He gained valuable experience as a teenager, working for local trainer John Dickie. Once licensed, he moved to Australia where he worked at the Victoria stables of Brent Lilley where he drove 36 winners and continued to learn how to prepare horses for the track.
On his return to New Zealand, he joined the team of Auckland trainer Brent Mangos.
In September 2018, he trained his first winner (Alta Leonie) at Auckland’s Alexandra Park.
Within a few months, Marshall had trained Alta Leonie to a string of successes including wins in the Otaki Cup and Stratford Cup, and a placing in the Taranaki Cup.

KMR can help new owners get into harness racing through ownership.
He and his team can break in, train and prepare horses for the track.
Kyle Marshall is also available to drive for other trainers.
