Five-year-old mare Alanna Miki has drawn the outside of the front row in her first raceday outing for 2025.
She lines up over the mile at Ballarat’s Thursday night meeting, after having a qualifying trial at the same track to prepare for the race.
Alanna Miki has not greeted the judge since late 2023 but has been prepared for a new campaign since her move to the Kyle Marshall Racing stable over the summer.
She has won twice and had six placings in her 16-race career, having earned A$17,605.
