Claudys Hero will race over the mile at Sunday’s Cranbourne meeting.
It will be the gelding’s fourth start in his latest campaign, and he returns to the track where he ran second in his only previous start there, a year ago.
Fixed odds bookmakers have rated him an $11 chance in the 11-strong field, in which he starts off the front row between two of the race favourites, Right of Reply and Sam Nien.
