Unraced juvenile Rustenberg heads to Auckland on Thursday for his first raceday start at Alexandra Park.
The bay colt has the inside draw in a $15,000 event that includes the unbeaten Merlin.
Rustenberg and Tennessee Honey, both from the Kyle Marshall Racing stable, will race on an 11-race programme at Auckland’s harness racing headquarters.
