Smoken Ace and trotter Copacabana will line up in $15,000 feature events at Melton on Saturday.
Smoken Ace will have his second start since November’s $250,000 2-y-o Breeders’ Crown final, after finishing seventh in his first race in this campaign.
The bay colt, now a three-year-old, has won five of his nine career starts, earning more than A$45,000 in stakes.
Meanwhile, Copacabana will compete in a $15,000 feature for trotters, and will start from the second row behind the mobile start.
It’s the mare’s fourth start of this campaign and she came second at her last outing.
