Four-year-old mare Tennessee Honey stole the limelight at Alexandra Park with an emphatic win for the Kyle Marshall Racing stable.
After holding a good position for most of the race, driver Peter Ferguson pulled the mare into the clear and tore clear to win by 2 1/2 lengths at the post.
The win provided connections with a $7.975 winning stake, taking lifetime earnings to $16,438 from her 11 raceday starts.
At the tote, Tennessee Honey paid $34 for the win and $5.90 for the place.
