Unraced juvenile Sky Rocket heads to Auckland’s Alexandra Park on Friday for his first raceday start.
The colt has drawn wide in a $12,000 event over 2200m.
Trained by the Kyle Marshall Racing team, he will will race on an 11-race programme at Auckland’s harness racing headquarters.
On September 10, Sky Rocket won a workout over 2200m at Cambridge Raceway, winning by two lengths in slushy conditions.
