Unraced youngster Smoken Ace wins workout on home track by four lengths

Unraced two-year-old Smoken Ace has won a five-horse workout over a mile at his home track of Cambridge Raceway.

Driven by trainer Kyle Marshall, the bay colt was taken straight to the lead from four at the mobile barrier.

Stablemate Shine Like A Diamond was taken to the rail by driver Dave Marshall, taking up second spot.

Smoken Ace powered away from the field in the straight, winning by four lengths, while Shine Like A Diamond comfortably held second place.
