Eyecon and Copacabana will race over the mile distance when they line up at Melton’s Friday evening meeting.
Eyecon starts off the front row after a string of placings in which the the seven-year-old gelding has only been out of the money twice in his last seven starts. He’ll be driven again by Sophie Jefferies.
Eyecon’s has seven wins from his 54 career starts and his lifetime earnings of more than A$45,000.
He’s won three races since moving to Australia from New Zealand.

Copacabana is seeking her 10th career win, after having 56 starts and earning almost A$90,000.
