Unraced three-year-old Wharewhiti has continued his preparation for racing with another win at the workouts.
Having won two workout races in Cambridge earlier this year, going left-handed, trainer Kyle Marshall took the gelding to the Auckland Trotting Club’s workouts to go right-handed at Pukekohe.

Driven by Marshall, Wharewhiti won the 2050m race by a half head from Ideal Zen, with stablemate Imelda May half a length in third.
In an earlier race, KMR-trained Whooska (driven by operations manager Fergus Schumacher) and Gracelands Rose (driven by Marshall) came third and fourth over 2050m, also giving them experience going the right-handed way round the track.
