Four-year-old mare Whooshka romped home by more than three lengths to win at her Cambridge Raceway home track.
After taking an early lead, driver Zev Meredith controlled the pace well, keeping more in reserve for when she led the field out of the final turn.
With the finish post in sight, Whooshka pulled clear as Meredith punched the air with delight to celebrate the win.
The win provided connections with almost $5,000, taking lifetime earnings to almost $20,000 from her 13 raceday starts.
At the tote, Tennessee Honey paid $3.20 for the win and $1.40 for the place.
