Sweet Treat has blitzed a five-strong field at the Cambridge Raceway workouts as trainer Kyle Marshall continues to prepare her for another raceday victory.
It was the four-year-old mare’s second workouts win in January but she pulled up during her comeback race at Cambridge Raceway on January 27.
Sweet Treat had six races in her first campaign for Kyle Marshall Racing, winning once.
After six months of preparing for her current campaign, she looks in good order.
In the latest workout win, Marshall took her straight to the lead and controlled the pace, staying comfortably in front till the finish. The winning margin was 12 lengths.
